If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using NES.

Description of NES

NES is an IRD (Inland Revenue Department) verified Nepali billing software designed to facilitate electronic invoicing and billing processes for businesses in Nepal.

Use of NES

You agree to use NES in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

  • NES grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software solely for your internal business purposes.

Account Registration

  • To access and use NES, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify NES immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Obligations

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the data you input into NES.
  • You agree not to use NES for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

Fees and Payments

  • Usage of NES may involve fees. Payment terms and pricing are outlined on the NES website and may be subject to change.

Intellectual Property

  • NES retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software and any related intellectual property.
  • You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute NES software without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • NES is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that NES will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
  • NES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of NES.

Termination

  • NES reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to NES at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

Governing Law
